Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

✓ Unboxing Video Required

You must record a clear video while: opening the parcel, showing the product, and testing the item. Returns without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.

✓ Original Packaging Required

All items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging.

✗ Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital gift cards and codes (all sales final)
  • Items with broken seals unless defective
  • Items damaged by misuse

✗ Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent or altered returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
